When you finally find what diet and recipes work for you, you need to do the hardest part which is the shopping. The key to this is knowing what foods are cheap, healthy, nutrient dense and most of all cheap. Finding these type of foods can be tricky but here are a few tips.

1.Frozen veggies are okay to eat so make sure to get plenty of them, they are cheap and can be very nutrient dense

2.Buy your food in bulk so you can save money on gas and buying wholesale is also cheaper 

3.Eat more yogurt and banana's they can help you lose weight and they are cheap

4.Look for the best deals and remember to always use coupons if you can

5. Look for the cheaper cuts of meat like chicken breast and maybe even some pork

Along with all of these there are some things you can do at home to save money such as you can start using your leftovers or you can start freezing your fruits and veggies. There are literally endless ways to save money on food.
